Peter Locuratolo’s [Class Schedule] [Event Calendar]

Peter Locuratolo started dancing during the disco era in the late 1970's and was on Dance Manhattan's Ballroom staff since its inception in 1992. One of his first, and most influential teachers was Dance Manhattan co-owner, Teddy Kern. Peter takes great pride in considering himself a "Kern-trained" dance instructor.

Since then, he has appeared on Fox TV performing dance styles of Swing and has performed in the Viennese Opera Ball at the Waldorf Astoria multiple times. Peter is a member of the Dance Masters of America and has also competed at the U.S. Open Swing Dance Championships in California.

For the last 25+ years, he was an Associate of The Barclay Classes which teach ballroom dancing and etiquette for children ages 8-12.

At Dance Manhattan, Peter taught most Ballroom and Latin dances. He has special expertise with children's classes, groups with special needs and first-dance instruction for wedding couples.
