Sundays, Jun 9,16,23,30 - 4 wk Commitment Required
Fun new movements taught each week. You'll learn to lead and follow and each class will have a 5-10 minute warm up.
Two Course Options:
1:30-2:30pm - Intro 6ct (NO Experience Needed)
2:30-3:30pm - Intro 6ct & 8ct (Knowledge of Triple, Double and Single rhythms a must!)
