Pre-requisite: Must have taken the previous Fundamentals workshop in OCT or have Balboa experience with Pure Bal, Out and Ins, Lollies, and Toss Outs.
This 2 day workshop with Sara-Sofia is the 2nd in a series of Balboa Fundamentals. It is recommended you take both days.... but not absolutely necessary.
