The class will start with a general warm-up followed by sun salutations. We will warm up strategically to move toward a peak pose or focus on a specific part of the body. Some options will be offered to you to safely practice and feel confident in your body and your mind. In addition to the physical practice, we will discover how to make movement more comfortable through breathing, mindfulness and relaxation.
Remember: the first step to a good practice is to show up!
