**NEW** Gentle Morning Yoga
Thursdays 9am Feb 11,18,25

The class will begin with a general warm-up followed by sun salutations. We will strategically warm up to move towards a peak pose or focus on a specific part of the body. You will be offered some options to practice safely and gain confidence in your body and mind.

In addition to physical practice, we will find out how to make movement more comfortable through breathing, mindfulness and relaxation. Remember: the first step in a good practice is to show up on your mat!
