For Beginners / Level 1
with Dragan Ranitovoc

This class will offer many opportunities for everyone:
Tango was born in Buenos Aires at the end of the 19th century and popularized in the 1920's when great songs were written. Now it is danced all over the world. Tango music can be slow and soulful, or fast and fun. It is beautiful to listen to, but even better to dance to! Like two bodies in close embrace, Argentine Tango uses the connection to your partner as a source of energy; it lends itself to creativity and since it is improvised, and can be danced to almost any type of music.
Dancing to tango or to non-tango music, as a street dance or whatever you make of it - this can be your own form of self-expression. Learn the secrets from the best - join us!
