(This class is ideal for dancers ready to pick up choreography while learning the basis of tango partnering. Be ready to rotate partners and learn both roles!)
Broadway Tango is an Argentine Tango class adapted for the fast pace demands of Broadway show business. The class combines exercises for finding your center, improving stability, and organizing the body for fluid execution of tango moves, with partnering work. It culminates in choreographed sequences that challenge your acquired skills and lets the dance take over.
Jazz shoes or heels encouraged, but not required.
