Having a partner with you is a plus!
Required: Comfort w/ basics & basics variation (turns, changes of direction)
This month you'll be doing some partnership exploration! Dive into the connection with a partner & implement it through a routine that you'll be able to adapt to music.

Latin Technique (Open level)
3 wk Course: Wed Apr 7, 14, 21 at 8:10 pm ET (50 mins)
No partner needed
Familiarity with Rumba basics is a plus
In this class you'll learn a short rumba routine and understand the intricacies of how to move your body efficiently and organically. The technique you will learn can be applied to other latin dances such as salsa/mambo, bachata, and chachacha.

Gentle Morning Yoga
3 wk Course: Tue Apr 6, 13, 20 at 8.30 am ET (60 mins)
The class begins with a strategic warm up, moving towards a peak pose or focus on a specific part of the body. You will be offered some options to practice safely and gain confidence in your body and mind. In addition to physical practice, you'll find out how to make movement more comfortable through breathing, mindfulness and relaxation. Remember: the first step in a good practice is to show up on your mat!
