* Partner Required.Partnerships should have done fundamental lifts and basic air steps like frog jump or A-Frame.
* Required: Non-baggy athletic clothing and cushioned sneakers with good grip. No jewelry or watches. (Please be aware glasses have been known to get smooshed in the front hand spring.)
Join legendary Air step master Nathalie Gomes Aams and ILHC sensation Bobby White for a morning of classic air steps. The class *may* cover roundback (AKA Frankie AKA Lampost), Knickerbocker (AKA Backflip), or pancake (AKA Handspring front flip), as well as others, but the class will be tailor made to the students abilities. Partners ARE required for the air steps class.
