Attendance is limited to a small group to keep the classes an intimate size to train you in unique ways.

Milonga Cardio - TUESDAYS 7pm is uplifting with Milonga music's energy and it will get your heart rate going. the goal is to take you away from your computer and make you forget everything else and just move to the music :) You'll be introduced to some Milonga steps and go over technique, then dance with those steps alone with Milonga timing. It gets your heart rate going and it works your feet with fast music. And ... it's FUN and energetic!

Strengthening and Mobility series- TUESDAYS 7:40pm classes are more meditative and focused on body awareness, strength building and mobility in these more static days. These are slow paced so we can tune into our body, find where we are, and where we want to be together. It gives us time to breathe and focus on ourselves.
